Engage learners in meaningful reflection with free-response questions and prompts. Open-ended reflection gives learners the space they need to connect what they’ve learned to their own experiences and transfer knowledge to the real world.
This block also allows you to have the learner download their answers into a PDF or you can have them post to your LMS using any edition of SCORM 2004 or xAPI.
If you choose the SCORM 2004 route, it will be captured as a Runtime Interaction (see more below).
If you choose the xAPI route, it will be captured as a xAPI Statement (see more below).
When using a SCORM compliant course in an LMS, you are able to use the SCORM API in order to track detailed interactions within your content, often paired with assessments and quizzes. These Runtime-interactions are used to help understand more granular data on specific answers or "interactions" that the learner took during the course. Runtime interactions consist of these properties:
For the Reflection block, we are able to capture what the learner enters into that block so that you as an admin can review those results and take action if desired.
