The Mighty Desktop app gives you another way to run Mighty outside of the Chrome extension. It’s available for both Windows and Mac and is especially useful if you can’t install the Chrome extension, or if you want quick access to the latest updates while a Chrome Store release is pending.

Installing the Desktop App

• Windows: Download the .exe installer from the Mighty portal. Double-click to run the installer and follow the prompts. Shortcuts will be created automatically.
• Mac: Download the .dmg file from the Mighty portal. Open it from your Downloads folder, then drag Mighty into your Applications folder. Once installed, you can launch Mighty from Applications.

Logging In

When you first launch the app:

1. You’ll land on the Mighty portal page to log in.
2. After logging into Mighty, you’ll be directed to the Rise login screen.
3. Once signed in, you’ll see your Rise dashboard, ready to open and edit courses.

Mighty is automatically active inside the app — no need to install the Chrome extension.
